1. Click pictures of the affected product clearly showing the issue.
2. Email or WhatsApp the pictures to our support team along with your order ID.
3. Once our team reviews and approves your request, you'll be asked to send the product to the Gritpro Head Office.
4. After a thorough inspection, we’ll decide whether to:

   - Or replace the product with a new one of the same type.

🚚 Shipping Policy
- Customer bears the shipping cost for sending the product to our Head Office.
- Gritpro will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.
