COD Orders with Product Defects: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where the product has defects or quality issues, customers are eligible for refunds. When a customer requests a refund for a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, Gritpro will issue a coupon code for the full purchase order amount instead of providing a direct monetary refund. This coupon code will be generated and sent to the customer, and it can be used on the Gritpro website for future purchases.

The coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. This means that the customer has up to 1 year to use the coupon code to make a purchase on the website. If the customer does not use the coupon code within this period, it will expire, and the customer will no longer be able to redeem it.
