At Gritpro, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 07 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

Amount Refund Policy

Here's an elaboration on the refund eligibility criteria for prepaid orders and COD orders with product defects:

Prepaid Orders: Customers who have paid for their orders in advance (prepaid orders) are eligible for refunds if they are not satisfied with their purchase, provided that the item is returned in unused condition, in the original packaging, and within the specified return period. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

COD Orders with Product Defects: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where the product has defects or quality issues, customers are eligible for refunds. They must notify customer service and provide evidence of the defect, such as photographs. Upon verification, a refund will be processed for the defective item.

It's important to note that monetary refunds are not applicable for COD orders unless there are product defects. This policy ensures that customers who have paid in advance or received defective products are appropriately compensated, while also discouraging frivolous returns for COD orders.

Coupon Code Refund Policy

When a customer requests a refund for a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, Gritpro will issue a coupon code for the full purchase order amount instead of providing a direct monetary refund. This coupon code will be generated and sent to the customer, and it can be used on the Gritpro website for future purchases.

The coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. This means that the customer has up to 1 year to use the coupon code to make a purchase on the website. If the customer does not use the coupon code within this period, it will expire, and the customer will no longer be able to redeem it.
